Please note all clusters customized by us come with a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the work we perform and the components we install. If you experience any issues within the first month of receiving your cluster, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost you paid to send it back to us. We cannot generate shipping labels from the US to Canada, so you will need to ship it and send us the receipt for reimbursement. After the first month, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the cluster to us for a warranty claim. We will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired cluster back to you. Please keep in mind the warranty only applies to the parts and work we did. Any failures caused by age, wear and tear inside the cluster, or issues coming from the vehicle itself are not covered. If something in the truck damages the cluster, or if an unrelated part inside the cluster fails due to age, that would not fall under the warranty.
 
Please make sure this cluster is compatible with your exact vehicle before purchasing. Because mileage is programmed and the cluster is customized to order, we do not accept returns on these units.
