SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Southridge Customs, every gauge face and custom part is made to order. Please review the information below regarding processing timelines, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING
​
All gauge faces and custom parts are handcrafted and require 4 to 7 business days for production before shipping.
​
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
​
During sale periods, high order volume, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
​
Processing time begins after order confirmation and payment approval. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Expedited shipping does not reduce production time.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Orders may be shipped with Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, or FedEx depending on location.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or other external factors outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
​
All deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Unless otherwise specified by the carrier, deliveries do not require a signature.
​
CUSTOMER SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
​
Customers are fully responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. This includes:
• Full name
• Street address
• Unit or apartment number if applicable
• City
• Province or state
• Postal or ZIP code
• Phone number
• Email address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the carrier confirms delivery to that address, liability transfers to the customer.
Southridge Customs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. We cannot retrieve, replace, or refund packages delivered to the address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any reshipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
​
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
​
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Southridge Customs is not liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
​
If a package is lost in transit, a carrier investigation must be completed before any resolution can be considered. Shipping claims must be filed with the carrier.
​
We are not responsible for carrier mishandling, transit damage, delays, or lost parcels caused by third-party shipping providers.
​
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
​
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs holds or delays are not included in estimated delivery times.
​
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional reshipping fees.
​
CURRENCY AND PAYMENT
​
All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
​
For U.S. and international customers, currency conversion rates and international transaction fees are determined by your bank or credit card provider.
​
We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or banking fees.
​
Any currency conversion displayed on our website is an estimate only and may not reflect your bank’s final conversion rate.

ORDER CHANGES
​
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details at the time of purchase.

If you need to request a change to your order or shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:

Change requests are not guaranteed, especially if the order has entered production, fulfillment, or has already been shipped.
After 24 hours, or once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

FINAL SALE NOTICE

All products are custom-made to order and are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all order details, shipping information, processing times, and delivery terms have been reviewed and approved.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Southridge Customs is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, customs holds, carrier errors, or delivery issues caused by third parties.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates once your package has been dispatched.
