At Southridge Customs, every gauge face is made to order. Below you’ll find details on our processing and shipping timelines, delivery methods, and important terms.
Order Processing
All gauge faces and custom parts are handcrafted and require 2–7 business days for fulfillment before shipping.
During sale periods or holidays, processing times may be longer. Please allow extra days for your order to be completed and shipped.
Shipping to Canada

All delivery times are quoted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and may vary by destination or external factors.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries are left at the address provided without requiring a signature.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible or liable for parcels delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Once your parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, you acknowledge and agree that Southridge Customs and our delivery partners are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your package.
Customs, Duties & Currency
Customs holds or delays are not included in estimated delivery times.
All prices shown at checkout are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
If you are located in the U.S., your bank may charge an international transaction fee, and your final conversion rate will be determined by your bank.
While we display approximate prices in your local currency, we cannot guarantee that the displayed exchange rate matches your bank’s rate at the time of purchase.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@southridgecustoms.com.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate, changes are not guaranteed, especially if your order has already entered fulfillment or been shipped.

We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties or delivery carriers, and we cannot guarantee delivery estimates once your package has been dispatched.
