RETURNS AND STORE POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. Every gauge cluster repair, rebuild, custom cluster, and custom gauge face is made specifically for your vehicle and your selected options. Because each order is tailored and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

​

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed all product images, descriptions, compatibility details, and selected options.

​

Product Compatibility Responsibility

​

While products are listed by year, make, and model, some vehicles may have multiple cluster variations. Differences may include number values, warning indicators, layout differences, or other design variations.

​

It is the customer’s responsibility to compare their stock gauge face to the listing photos before placing an order.

If there are any differences, you must contact us before ordering so adjustments can be made. We are happy to accommodate differences when communicated in advance.

​

Color and Display Variations

​

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, LED selections, and vehicle backlighting, colors may appear slightly different in person than shown in photos or videos.

​

These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.

​

Installation Responsibility

​

We strongly recommend professional installation.

​

Southridge Customs is not responsible for damage caused during installation, improper handling, incorrect wiring, needle misalignment, cluster disassembly, or modification.

​

Once a product has been installed, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Installation is performed at your own risk.

​

Order Changes

Change requests may be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. However, changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible once production has begun.

​

After 24 hours, or once production has started, the order is locked and cannot be modified or canceled.

Production timelines begin after order confirmation and do not include shipping transit time. Production times may vary depending on order complexity, workload, or custom design requirements.

Customer Information Accuracy

​

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all order information is accurate before completing checkout. This includes:

• Full name
• Complete and correct shipping address
• Unit or apartment number if applicable
• Phone number
• Email address

​

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is delivered to that address, we are not responsible for the loss.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, liability transfers to the customer. We cannot retrieve, replace, or refund packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibility

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, we do not control carrier transit times, customs processing, weather delays, or final delivery scheduling.

​

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Customs holds or inspections
• Lost packages once marked delivered
• Theft after delivery
• Damage caused during transit

​

Once your parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided, Southridge Customs is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

​

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

​

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to incorrect address, or returned because customs duties were not paid, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and any additional reshipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

​

Customs, Duties, and Currency

​

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

​

Customs delays are not included in estimated shipping times.

​

All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Currency conversion rates and international transaction fees are determined by your bank.

​

Payment Disputes

​

By completing your purchase, you agree to all store policies outlined on this website.

​

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for a custom-made product that has been produced and shipped according to the approved order details may result in permanent refusal of future service.

​

Core Returns (For Cluster Purchases)

​

Core refunds are issued once the returned cluster is received and inspected.

​

Cores must be complete, unmodified, and in rebuildable condition.

​

Damaged, incomplete, water-damaged, or previously tampered cores may result in a reduced or denied core refund.

​

​

SHOP WARRANTY

​

Gauge Faces and Overlays

​

Custom printing can occasionally result in minor variations. Small imperfections along the edges or in areas covered by the lens are considered normal and do not affect installation or performance.

​

If you receive a gauge face with a genuine misprint or manufacturing defect, we will replace it promptly.

​

Prebuilt and Custom Clusters

​

All clusters customized by us include a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the components we install and the workmanship we perform.

​

First 30 Days

​

If you experience an issue within the first month of receiving your cluster, we will reimburse the shipping cost you paid to send it back to us.

​

For U.S. customers, you must ship the cluster to us and provide your shipping receipt. We cannot generate US to Canada return labels, but we will reimburse the amount you paid.

​

After 30 Days

​

After the first month, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the cluster to us for warranty service. We will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired cluster back to you.

​

Warranty Limitations

​

Our warranty only applies to the parts we installed and the work we performed.

​

The following are not covered:

• Failures caused by age or wear of original components
• Vehicle electrical issues
• Damage caused by improper installation or handling
• Failures of unrelated internal components not replaced by us
• Damage caused by external vehicle faults

 

If something in the vehicle damages the cluster, or if an unrelated internal component fails due to age or prior wear, this does not fall under warranty coverage.
